Regulating valve Introduce
The Three-way converging/diverging control valve is a valve designed to control the regulation and separation of several flow channel media. It uses a double valve core and valve seat guide structure to achieve this. When the flow channel enters in two ways and all flow channels are merged, it is called three-way merge flow. Conversely, if all flow channels enter in one way, and the two-way flow is split, it is known as a split flow. The standard split/split flow path is designed with an unbalanced two-seat inner structure, and the area of the throttle surface is adjusted to regulate or cut-off the equalization flow, which is formed by the confluence or diversion of any flow path. The confluence valve must be used in confluent applications, while the diverge valve must be used in diverting applications. However, if the nominal lead is ≤80mm, the confluence valve can be used for split and confluence applications due to the small balance force.
