Axial-flow pump description
Axial-flow pump is a kind of pump that transmits liquid along the axis direction by the force generated by the blade of rotating impeller. There are several types of vertical, horizontal, oblique and tubular pumps. Adopting dedicated thrust bearings, with reasonable structural design, sufficient lubrication, good heat dissipation, long bearing service life, remote control and automatic control, time-saving and labor-saving installation and maintenance, and cost saving. Mainly suitable for low head and high flow situations, such as irrigation, drainage, dock drainage, water level regulation of canal locks, or as a large circulating water pump in power plants. The Axial-flow pump with high lift (double stage if necessary) can be used for water jet propulsion of shallow water ships

Axial-flow pump Matters Needing Attention
During the trial operation of Axial-flow pump, the connecting parts shall be checked to ensure that there is no looseness at the connecting parts.
Electrical appliances and instruments of Axial-flow pump shall work normally; There should be no leakage in the pipelines of the oil, gas, and water systems; Check that the pressure and hydraulic pressure are normal.
Regularly check for floating objects near the water inlet to prevent blockage.
The temperature of rolling bearing of Axial-flow pump shall not exceed 75 ℃. The temperature of the oil in the gearbox should be normal.
Pay attention to the sound and vibration of the water pump at all times, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if any abnormalities are found.
