Submersible Axial-flow pump description
An axial flow pump is a pump that uses the force generated by the rotating impeller blades to transport liquid in the axial direction. There are several types of vertical, horizontal, inclined and tube pumps. The special thrust bearing is adopted, with reasonable structural design, sufficient lubrication, good heat dissipation, long service life of the bearing, remote control and automatic control, saving time and labor for installation and maintenance, and saving costs. It is mainly suitable for low water head and high flow conditions, such as irrigation, drainage, dock drainage, water level regulation of channel locks, or as a large circulating water pump in power plants. High-head axial flow pumps (two-stage if necessary) for waterjet propulsion of shallow water vessels.

During the trial operation of Axial-flow pump, the connecting parts shall be checked to ensure that there is no looseness at the connecting parts.
Electrical appliances and instruments of Axial-flow pump shall work normally; There should be no leakage in the pipelines of the oil, gas, and water systems; Check that the pressure and hydraulic pressure are normal.
Regularly check for floating objects near the water inlet to prevent blockage.
The temperature of rolling bearing of Axial-flow pump shall not exceed 75 ℃. The temperature of the oil in the gearbox should be normal.
Pay attention to the sound and vibration of the water pump at all times, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if any abnormalities are found.
