Regulating Control Valve Introduce
The flow characteristic of the electric control valve is the relationship between the relative flow of the medium flowing through the electric control valve and its opening under the condition that the pressure difference between the two ends of the valve remains constant. The flow characteristics of the electric control valve have three types: linear characteristics, equal percentage characteristics and parabolic characteristics.
Electric Diaphgram Control Valve adopts the Diaphragm which fits the raised face of the Valve Body to ensure the sealing. There's no Packing in the valve body. The regulating element is the flexible Diaphragm. The flow port of the diaphragm control valve is very smooth. The lining material and the diaphragm can be made of corrosion-resistant material.
Such a control valve uses a small, strong, and high-precision electric actuator with On-Off Function or with 4-20mA DC or 1~5V direct current signal to realize the valve's proportional action, which is more suitable for the working condition required Corrosion Resistance and Poison-resistance.
Straight stroke electric regulating diaphragm valve (electric regulating valve) has the advantages of simple structure, small flow path resistance, larger flow force than other valves of the same caliber, no leakage, and can be used for the regulation of high viscosity and suspended particle fluids. (rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene) suitable for regulating strong alkali, and strong corrosive medium. It is composed of a diaphragm valve and PSL series electric actuator. There is a servo system in the electric actuator, no need for an additional servo amplifier, and the operation can be controlled with an input control signal (4-20MA or 1-5VDC) and a single-phase power supply to realize the adjustment of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level.
