The magnetic drive pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, inner magnetic rotor, outer magnetic rotor, isolation sleeve and bearings. When the motor starts, the outer magnetic rotor rotates under the drive of the motor shaft, and the inner magnetic rotor rotates synchronously through the magnetic force, which in turn causes the impeller to rotate, so that the fluid in the pump generates centrifugal force, forming a low-pressure area in the center of the impeller and a high-pressure area at the edge of the pump casing, which causes the fluid to flow from the low-pressure area to the high-pressure area, achieving continuous transportation.
No leakage: The magnetic drive pump does not require mechanical seals.
