Piston pump is a common hydraulic pump, its working principle is to work through the piston. The piston pump is mainly composed of a piston, a cylinder, an oil pan, an oil inlet and an oil outlet. During work, the hydraulic oil enters one side of the piston, and then drives the piston to move, generating pressure through the closed space in the cylinder, and finally discharging the hydraulic oil. Submersible pumps are widely used in various industrial scenarios, often used in hydraulic machinery, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other fields. Hydraulic cylinders or motors, completing various working tasks, in construction machinery, submersible pumps are often used in concrete pump trucks to provide strong hydraulic power to transport concrete to high-rise buildings or remote construction sites. Used in agricultural spraying equipment to provide stable hydraulic power to drive water pumps or sprinklers to achieve irrigation and spraying of farmland.
Function:
The primary function of the plunger is to create a vacuum, drawing fluid into the cylinder during the suction stroke. When the plunger retracts, the space left behind fills with fluid, which is then discharged through the pump's outlet during the discharge stroke. The reciprocating motion of the plunger creates high-pressure pulses that force fluid through the pump and into the system. The plunger's diameter and stroke length can be adjusted to vary the pump's flow and pressure output. Plunger pumps are designed to achieve high efficiency and precision in metering and dosing applications. Overall, the plunger is a critical component in the operation of a plunger pump because it creates the necessary pressure and flow to move fluid through the pump and into the system.
